Manager National Sales

The Main Job Responsibilities:
- Rolls out the global sales strategy within National customers segment. Support and development of World Wide Sales customers within Russia
- Indicates direction, develops, inspires and manages the team performance as well as provides support to ensure that team members are efficiently prepared to deliver individual and team objectives
- Proactively identifies and analyses business issues, opportunities and constraints. Leads and sponsors the implementation to ensure results are realized
- Coordinates resources within team to ensure the identification and development of goals relating to business initiatives and activities within remit, and in alignment with regional, divisional and corporate goals.
- Manages the departmental budget and takes appropriate actions in order to optimize costs and to remain within agreed parameters.
- Recruits, develops, motivates and manages the team performance. Provides guidelines, support and coaching to ensure
- that team members have the competencies, capabilities and tools to consistently deliver individual and team objectives.
Job Requirements and Competencies:
- Experience in managing more than 3 years
- Higher education
- Excellent understanding of the Russian market, trends, products & conditions of service
- Strategic Thinking
- Goal orientation and responsibility for results
- Very good level of English language
- Excellent presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Written & Verbal
- Communication and Networking Skills
- Good PC skills / competent in using office software packages
- Compliance with Labor legislation of Russia
